The Committee on Industry and Labor moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefore a new title, to read as follows:

House Bill No. 2103 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §21-11-3 and §21-11-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to making changes to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act which collectively raise the monetary threshold at which a contractor’s license is required to perform construction work.”
